Walmart hiring SOcIAL Campaign
Client: Walmart DC #7014 (Client of Anchour)

Date: February 2025
Working with the team at Anchour, I designed a series of recruitment social ads for Walmart Distribution Center #7014. The series highlights benefits, including pay and career growth opportunities. We used in-store b-roll and interview footage to help the viewer see themselves working there (and get them excited about operating a forklift, of course).
These ads spanned carousels and story placements on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, helping one of the world’s largest employers connect with job seekers during critical seasonal hiring periods.
